My promo code didn’t work?
If you tried a code and it didn’t work, did you select the correct attendee type? If you tried to use a code for virtual attendance on a live VIP+ or VIP registration, the code will not work. You’ll need to start over and skip the code section.
I received a PROMO CODE – What do I do with it?
When registering, plug in that code exactly as you received it (all caps characters), and hit “apply”. The discount in registration fees will show up before you check out. You can apply one code for each registered attendee. We appreciate knowing who shared this event with you!
How do I register for the event?
Right Here! The email you use to register with will be our primary way to reach you. Registration fees can be made using most major credit cards. Simply select the way you want to attend (VIP+, VIP, or VIP Virtual). We can’t wait have fun hanging out with you on September 8th & 9th!
Can I add a guest?
Absolutely! After you’ve registered yourself there will be an option to “add another” on the registration form. Just repeat the same steps and get ready to have a great time at Healing for the A.G.E.S. You can pay for each A.G.E.S. attendee in one payment or one at a time.
Are there rooms available at the hotel?
Yep, but space is limited! The Hilton Dallas Plano Granite Park has reserved a small block of discounted rooms for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights exclusively for A.G.E.S. attendees. Some extended stay nights may also be available before and after the conference. However, when these rooms are gone, they’re gone and you’ll have to pay the going rate.
Make sure you book your room by 8/7/23!
Can I attend only one day for a discount?
Absolutely! But you’ll still be charged for the whole conference. Remember that if you can’t make any session, for whatever reason, we are recording each one and access to the recordings are included for every paid A.G.E.S. attendee.
Can I pay cash for registration?
While cash is always king with us, sadly we wouldn’t be able to receive a cash payment until September 8th and we expect to be sold out for in-person A.G.E.S. attendees well before then. So, the answer is nope.
What’s the difference between VIP+ & VIP?
GREAT Question! Everyone is a VIP in GOD’s eyes and in ours. VIP+ attendees will have additional opportunities to hang out with the Big 4 Healers and their special guests on Friday night as well as access to the VIP+ Lounge. I registered for VIP Virtual but now want to come . . . can I do it?
If there are still seats, then Heaven’s yes you can. The best thing to do would be to immediately purchase the VIP+ In-person or VIP In-person and then email [email protected] for a refund on your VIP Virtual registration. Make sure to review our Terms & Conditions for any restrictions that may apply.
Can I sneak in?
LOL! What do you think this is 1983 and you can have someone hold the exit door open for you like sneaking into a picture show? Security will be present and badges will be required in order to access all that Healing for the A.G.E.S. has to offer.
Can I bring my children?
We love children and we’re fighting to protect each and every one. Children are welcome to attend, but the conference material is meant for a mature audiences. There are no discounted rates for children and all children are required to pay for registration in order to attend. Honestly, what we’d do is have someone watch the little ones, it’s gonna be a full day of education that can save them…but if we were little ones, it might not interest us as much as hanging out with Grandma for a day or two.
How will I access the Live Stream?
All registered attendees will have access to the live stream both days! So, if you’re stuck in traffic enroute to the venue, listen in and don’t miss a beat! Instructions for how to log-in will be emailed to the email address you used during registration the morning of Sep 8th & 9th for cyber security reasons.
Will the sessions be recorded?
Absolutely! It typically takes us 3 weeks following the end of a show to have the recordings edited and available. You will be notified via email when they are ready and how to access them of course.
Why isn’t there a breakfast for the event?
This was intentional. We believe strongly in allowing the body to rest, digest, and restore itself for 16 hours daily before calorie consumption begins and we intend to walk our talk. We’ll be breaking our fasts together during what would normally be considered lunch time. And because we’re definitely not Nazis, there will be healthy organic snacks and beverages available to A.G.E.S attendees who need a bite.
What sorts of product samples will be offered at the live event?
Doc Ardis, Global Healing, and Jana’s All-Natural are delighted to share products with you so that you can taste and experience what we’re talking about. Experience elevated nutrition on-the spot and talk about the products with their on-site representatives. Stay tuned for show-only specials as well!
What if I have food allergies?
Let us know during registration, and we’ll do our best to make full accommodations with the banquet team! How can we talk about health without providing foods that make us feel good and helping everyone avoid the foods they know that don’t.
What will the meals be like?
We walk the walk and are working with the host venue to offer only clean, fresh, organic and non-GMO options. Your health is important to us!
I missed the registration deadline and the event – can I still buy the content?
Yes, for one hundred meeeeeelion dollars. LOL. We jest. Yes, everyone who was unable to register before the event, or simply hadn’t heard about it will be able to purchase access to all recordings as soon as they are available to the public.
