If the livestream drops, we will work as fast as possible to restore it. Rest assure, we have multiple backup options to do so. Please give us at least 10 minutes to resolve the issue. While you’re waiting, refresh your browser window frequently. Check the chat and your email for instructions if the feed doesn’t come back on immediately. 

Remember all presentations are being recorded and you will have access to replays as a part of your paid registration should unforeseen events prevent segments of the livestream from being available.

Here’s what you can do to help us:

  1. Go to https://www.speedtest.net/ and press the big GO button in the circle. If your download speed is less than 20MB per second, that may be the issue.
  2. Check the chat to see if other attendees are having the same issues.
  3. Refresh your browser by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the refresh icon in your browser. If that doesn’t work to restore the livestream, read on.
  4. Check your internet connection by opening up a new tab and going to a different website to see if it loads. If it doesn’t load you will need to contact your internet service provider. If it does load, read on.
  5. Don’t panic.
  6. Give us 10 minutes to restore the livestream. We will notify you via chat and/or email that the livestream is restored and you can refresh you window to resume viewing the conference.

Bio

 Dr. Jana Schmidt is a Wife, Mother, Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor, Master Herbalist, Certified Natural Health Professional and Ordained Minister. Dr Schmidt is a Natural Product Developer, Natural Fertility Specialist, Founder of Florida’s Apothecary and Co-Founder of Remed-Ease ; a women’s natural mental health platform.  Dr Schmidt is Wellness Director and prayer warrior with the Gold Care Health and Wellness. She is a board member and teaches continuing education with The Body and is a host on Looking 4 Healing Talk Radio on America Out Loud. As well as author of the upcoming book , The Fertility Formula. 

Dr. Jana holds additional certifications in Reflexology, Detoxification, Qi Gong, Women’s Health, Gerson Therapy, Therapeutic Movement, Personal Training, CPR, Children’s Wellness, Doula Services, Reflexology, Trauma Healing, Bach Flower Remedies, and Emergency Preparedness. 

Dr. Schmidt completed Undergraduate education with a Bachelor’s  of Science and Masters work at  University of Florida. She was trained and mentored by Dr Phillip Fritchey to receive a Masters in Herbology.  She is a CNHP trained Iridologist, Bach Flower Clinician and MRT practitioner.
